RETURN POLICY

Handbags, clutches and accessories can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. After 30 days a store credit will be issued to the customer. The customer will receive a refund or store credit after the product is returned to Natalie Therése.

Returned products must be unused and in original condition.

Shipping costs will not be refunded when an item is returned. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

**Above return policy does not apply to custom orders.  All custom orders are final.

 

DAMAGES

If you discover your handbag is damaged or has a defect, please e-mail Natalie@NatalieTherese.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Natalie will be happy to repair or replace your item.
